used properly.
SCOPE :
A furnace is a device used for
heating. The name derives from Latin fornax, oven.

a direct fired heater, used in boiler applications in chemical industries or
for providing heat to chemical reactions for processes like cracking, and is
part of the standard English names for many metallurgical furnaces worldwide.
The heat energy to fuel a furnace
may be supplied directly by fuel combustion, by electricity such as the
electric arc furnace, or through induction heating in induction furnaces.
RESPONSIBILITY :
To organize the job training program for
implementation of Sop.
To monitor overall activities in adherence to
the compliance of approved Sop. To arrange necessary servicing and maintenance.
To check the record documents for its correctness, accuracy and completeness.
INTRODUCTION :

PROCEDURE :
First, connect
the tool to the sourceof electric current
Second insert
the cup / objects that will be in incandescent right, shut the furnace door
Third press
the green button the position of (l), if the light is kiln flame is in the ON
state
Then set
the temperature in want it, by rotating the temperature gradulally (e.g. in
temperature 7000C want it, first set at a temperatur 7000C
of 3000C, 30 minutes and the turn on the 5000C and the
last 30 minutes then turn the temperature
Then if
you want to lower the temperature, turn the temperature dial to a position
before gradually until the temperature at 00C position
Next to
toggle it off furnace, press the green button to position (O)
Finally disconnect
the appliance with an electrical currect source
